1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior authorization.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

at our sole discretion.


6. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.

  • Your financial institution may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.


9. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect shipping address resulting in a returned package:

  • Shipping fees may not be refunded.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


10. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using shipping records, order confirmations, and communication history.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panac Joint Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product use, delayed delivery, or refund disputes.
